I have Samsung Galaxy Note and In noticed that whenever I charge the battery, it takes long time to charge the battery to 100% full. Most of the time, it will stop charging after 23% or 42% charged and I have to unplug the charger and plug in again (a couple of times) before it could charge to full.

How to solve my problem?

New galaxy note 10.1 battery condition

Hello,

Tonymathew0091, Unfortunately your not alone with your issue with the battery life for your new Galaxy Note. I would suggest that you let it completely died down until it turns itself off. The 3 – 7 days in a row if able and by doing this if the battery will calibrate itself and the life should increase. Then you can use the note as unusual ( charging tops ups on different devices such as car, laptop, etc.)

After that do monthly full charge to flat , and back to full.

Also whenever a battery gets too low it works to save the battery from being damaged and the 5 % is reserved. For cell reversal to happen which destroys the battery it has to become really exhausted. As I stated before this is a issue everyone seems to be having and at this time not even the customer service does not have answer to why this issue is occurring.

I hope this help.
