Hi,

I am asking from Coimbatore. In XP, past two days, LAN was not connected. But internet is connected normally. How to solve it?

Check the physical connectivity from end-to-end port Make sure that the lights on the port is flashing. If still not working, click on the icon of the connection in the notification icons.

Click properties and select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click properties button again. Make sure that the IP address is obtained automatically. Click OK and close the dialog box.

Hi,

First try to reset the router to its default factory settings. I believe there is something wrong with your computer. Please try to do the following steps:

1- Go to Run -> cmd

2- Here type ipconfig/all or copy and paste this command.

3- check the numbers which do not match or pick the odd numbers out.
