why is the job I sent to the network printer not printing? I use a network printer for printing and I use to print on the printer not until recently when the network printer stop printing my job. I have checked the printer to see if it is online, I also check for any printer error or paper jam which the printer passes all these tests. How can I fix the problem?

You may try clearing spooled print jobs directly from the printer or you may go to printer properties on your computer. Click Start, Select Devices and Printers, point over your mouse to the printer you are using, right click, select properties or see what's printing. Once, you are already at the properties window or see "What's Printing" window, you will observe if the printer you are working with is on Offline Mode. You must first enable the printer and set it to Online. And if you find that there are printing jobs that were on cue, you must print them all first if they are needed to be printed or you may cancel them. Once you have cleared all the pending print jobs and the printer is now set to Online mode. Then you should now be able to print your jobs effortless. Please do not forget to rate my suggestions.
