Why am I receiving a 'HTTP Status 401: Forbidden' error when attempting to upload to Cisco Discovery Services?

'HTTP Status 401: Forbidden' error when attempting to upload to Cisco Discovery Services The CCO account has not been configured in the DesignXpert installation.

How to configure the CCO account?
