I’m currently in middle of developing a software for Windows 7 64 bit, which will be able to know the ports being used by running software.  It is possible with netstat remoto, but I was wondering if there is a way to execute command for other client, remotely?

Hi,

There are many softwares that allow you to execute command for other clients remotely. There are softwares that need to be installed on the client server also. If you do not want to install the software on the client system then there are softwares through which you can execute command for other clients remotely without installing them on the clients computer.

Softwares that have to be installed on the client computer also are:

1. PC Anywhere

2. TelNet.

Softwares that do not need to be installed on the client computer are:

1. Psexec - You can download it here -- http://download.sysinternals.com/files/PSTools.zip

2. WinSCP
