Netflix Down and Not Working Properly

I am trying to connect to Netflix on my Samsung smart TV (JS9500) for the first time but I'm getting an error message:"Sorry we are unable to reach the Netflix service. Please try again later or visit www.netflix.com" My internet is all working fine since I am able to stream videos from other sites like the youtube. Where could the problem have originated from? Or could it be that my device is blocked from accessing Netflix?

Try to set Samsung Instant to off in settings, If this didn't work go for reseting to factory settings by following these steps:

 

1- Tap on TV menu button


 

2- Select support


 

3- Select self diagnosis


 

4- choose reset


 

5- Enter your pin

6- Select "yes"
