Hi friends,

Watching video in Blu-ray player is always good and pixels, resolutions are awesome. Here to the problem when I try to use the Nero Recode to convert a normal file to mp4 to play it in Blu-ray player. I cannot do it and it asking me to re-install and try again, even I did that too. The problem is still there. Please guide me to solution. Thanks.

Nero is a nice CD/DVD burning software. This error is definitely a bug inside their program. It looks like you’re using an older version of Nero Recode.

This issue doesn’t appear on Recode 8 to Recode 10. You have to use the latest update.

To update your product, go to this upgrade page. Follow the instructions to get the latest update from Nero.

Also, try burning using 1-pass. 2-pass is, sometimes, troublesome. Changing CD/DVD burner may also give good result.

If that doesn’t work either, you have to use other burning software. Use BurnAware. This is a nice software and doesn’t do this sort of trouble.
