If you play “Need for Speed: The Run” and you made some changes to the settings or you customized the configuration of the game according to your preference, check that the changes were saved successfully. It requires 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or faster processor, 3 GB RAM, video card with 512 MB video RAM, sound card, and 18 GB free space. If the problem continues and you cannot keep the settings, try to uninstall and reinstall the game. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.

Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select “Need for Speed: The Run” among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then restart the computer.

After booting, install “Need for Speed: The Run” again then see if it works.
