Hi,

I'm trying to download some software to split audio and videos from particular files. If I do split them, will it make any change to the qualities of audio or video. I have heard that I can do that using VLC player, but I don't know how. Please help me someone.

Thanks

Hi,

In order to split audio and videos from VLC , there’s a rather straightforward approach. First, download VLC Player at:

https://vlc-media-player.en.softonic.com/

Go to VLC player, about VLC, see your current version is 1.0.2 Goldeneye, or above. Next, go to View, Advanced Controls , and see there are new buttons. First is for record. Now, open your desired video file, and start recording by pressing Shift + R. To stop recording, also press Shift +R. Your recorded video is now stored in Documents. Open recorded VLC file using VLC.

Thanks

Good day George

I know what you mean I had the same issue, what i did is download a program called Avidemix. This is an open source application. You can download here. https://sourceforge.net/projects/avidemux-mswin/

After downloading it successfully load the video you want to extract the audio from.

Press open, then direct to the path where the file is located.

Select the file and open.

This screen will come up,

press yes.

This will load the file.

Few things to check.

Press edit, preferences. Check that Win32 is enabled.

Then go to audio, select save.

Save the file to your desired location.

There is another application called Movavi movie converter, it can be downloaded here www.movavi.com .

Where you load your file. Click on formats, then on the drop down menu elect the desired format you want to save your audio file in.

There is a "save to" setting for your desired location where you want to save your audio file.

Press convert, and done.

You can see how easy it is.
