I am trying to print my document of word file, statement of excel file but did not do it. I do not know what is the problem, is it printer or computer problem or others. Can anybody suggest me what cab be problem with me and how I can solve it ?

If we talk about the computers then there are many external devices like printer is one of them so if you wants to print but that one is not working so there are few problems like maybe there is a problem of your connectivity between printer and your computer and also there is another problem like maybe there is a software problem in your computer so do check those and have a confirmation that those are accurately worked. Also check the cartilage of your printer it also creates a problem sometimes.

Solution for printing problem:
If the printer does not print your excel document check the printer cord if it is connect to the PC correctly then try again if the problem still occurs try to print another document not your excel maybe the problem is in your document because sometimes when this problem occur the document that cannot be printed occur an error. Try to copy the document to a new one if it still occur check your printer queue maybe there so many pending documents that cause the printer not to print or restart your PC.
If you want to print a Microsoft Office Word document or a Microsoft Office Excel worksheet or workbook, you have to make sure first that the printer is already installed. Check that the printer is connected to the computer via the USB cable and that the printer is turned on. If you still can’t print, check that the printer’s driver is installed.
You can’t print anything if you simply connected the printer to the computer but you didn’t install the driver. Install the printer software from the setup CD that came with the printer. If you don’t have the CD, you can always download the driver from the manufacturer’s website. You can find the URL or the address of the website printed on the manual.
You should also check that printer is selected in the application you are using so you can print the document. In Microsoft Office Word, press CTRL + P to go to the printer settings. Under “Printer”, click on the down arrow and select the name of your printer. Continue with the rest of the settings like the number of pages, margins, and so on.
