You can download drivers from this link:  http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-73713.
 
In order to install the drivers, run the installer you downloaded from this link.  After the installer finishes it's installation, you need to reboot your computer.  After your computer boots up again, you will see a dialog box which asks you for some information, answer the questions accordingly and the installation process should be done.  Now the only thing to do is to test the hardware.  Regards.
