I need to use my mobile HDD which will be used as primary booting device. I also want to install windows operating system in that device.
Is there anybody who can help me to do the job? Is it a  possible? Please let me know which device need for it?

Based on my knowledge. You cannot use your HDD as your primary booting. Because HDD (Hard Disk Drive) is the device that controls the positioning, analysis, and text of the HDD, which furnishes the major quantity of data storeroom for the PC. even though the hard disk drive  and the hard disk are not the similar object, they are packaged as a part and so whichever word is from time to time used to refer to the whole unit.
But you can install device in you HDD with compatibility of you HDD. Before you install some device make sure that you have had enough space that can suite in your HDD.
