I need to know How a dynamic disk store data in its mirror volume and how to get it back if I lost the original one. I need an JAPEG image restore on dynamic disk though I do not have its original data. Need help urgently.
Need an image restore on dynamic disk using the mirror feature.
Hello,
Dynamic disks are known to offer flexibility in handling and managing large volumes of data for the fact that they use a database to track information on the disk. The following resource will show you how basic and dynamic disks operate in optimal environment.

Doing a backup or restoring files on a dynamic disk is a problem.Â
Â
Because having a dynamic storage scatters all of its files to across the whole volume,
Where you've managed to set as a dynamic disk.
Â
Conventional tools for disk imaging usually read blocks off the disk sequentially… Which won't capture a usable image.
Â
I suggest using other data recovery tools that could work on different kinds of volume: simple, spanned, mirrored, and so on…
Â
I hope that helps.
