  1. Use Outlook on Offline mode and merge the mails on Word.
  2. On Outlook Outbox, add the attachments by running Outlook Mail Merge Attachment.vbs and select the emails to send.
  3. Check that all the attachments are in place and press sends from Outbox by moving to online mode.
