Well, there aren’t really any particular settings within the Bump app for increasing sensitivity. However, assuming that you are facing slowness, it might not necessarily be the device. Thing is, when two devices try to 'bump' contacts from one phone to another compatible phone running the bump app, they actually communicate with the bump server using several algorithms to identify the devices which are in vicinity of one another who have 'bumped'. Long story short, your data/Wi-Fi connection speed could contribute to the delay.

You can accelerate the bump sensitivity of Windows phone by following the procedures:
Firstly open the Control panel in your Windows 7 operating system.
Choose the option “Hardware and sound”.
A new window will be open .You should pick the mouse option.
In the settings menu choose device settings.
When another window will be appeared then explore the Pointing menu.
Select the command ‘Touch sensitvity’
