I am using Sony Vaio E14 122C model. Due to the importance of my data, I need to create a back up. Can any one guide me in steps, how to back up Vaio.

You can create backup disks using Vaio Recovery Discs. Here in few steps I will explain you how to do it.
First insert DVD in your optical drive. Go on Start menu, then All Programs and you will find VaioRecoveryCenter. From the left side select Create Recovery Discs. It will open the window who explain why are recovery discs using. Read the text and click next. Now you can choose your media and click next. VaioRecoveryCenterwill do the rest.
