I am using Apple having AMD core but an error occurred during signing in saying “Could Not Sign In”. I have attached an error image so you may help me properly. I have tried many times to remove this issue but need your assistance resolving the issue.

This is a problem on the iOS device and was encountered in 2015 on an iPad mini with iOS 8.4. This problem can happen if you are using multiple Apple IDs. iOS 8.4 introduces a new Music app and it works like the Apple App Store, iTunes, and iCloud where it uses your Apple ID information.
If you have multiple Apple IDs and you logged in to the Apple App Store using the first Apple ID and the new music app uses the second Apple ID, that message “X-Apple-AMD-Action_message” will appear on your screen. It seems on the new iOS 8.4, you should only use one Apple ID when logging in to the music app and to the Apple App Store.
To fix the problem, log out from the Apple App Store and close the music app if it is running in the background. Next, start the music app and sign in using the same Apple ID you used on the Apple App Store. This should fix the problem.
