I have been working with some engineering drawings for my client's requirement but recently I am getting in touch with some Russian client and they want me to work with tool name archicad 14 cz How to get that software application please provide me some reference over it

I believe there is some kind of a mistake, as the "cz" part of the "ArchiCAD 14 Cz" stands for Czech.
 
ArchiCAD is an awesome modeling tool made by GRAPHISOFT and can easily be found and purchased on the GRAPHISOFT official web page. The current version is 16 and I would strongly recommend you to purchase the new version instead of the old one.
