Hello,

I have tried 3 times to install the Navisworks Service Pack 1 but every time I got the following annoying error message regarding the Navisworks 2011 32/64bit Exporter Plugins. How can I solve this problem? Thanks for any help.

Hello,
The problem you are facing is because of a bug. But there is a solution to this problem. Please follow the steps below carefully:-
1. Install all the Revit 2011 programs. These include Arch, Mech and Structural.
2. Install Naviswork 2011(freedom also included) from a network deployment.
3. Uninstall all the Naviswork exporters. (**A complete uninstall)
4. Install Naviswork SP1.
5. Install those exporters from the network deployment again. (Don’t repair it from Control Panel)
After you have completed all the steps above it will work.
