I'm trying to boot my Dell computer, but a pop up message appears stating that the Norton Anti-Virus (NAV) Auto-Protect "cannot locate the set up data". When I tried to boot into safe mode, I'm getting the same message. Anyone have a solution for this?

If error like this one requiring a set up or files need by your software, you could try some solutions like repair, update or re-installation. But I think for that problem, you need to repair or re-install the anti virus. Try those solutions. I know it will fix the error. But if the errors still there, try to scan your computer with other anti virus, maybe you are infected with virus. But if the error still there again, you need to contact support for your anti virus and that’s the best solution that you can apply. Hope it helps you.
