My yahoo messenger doesn't display any IM.
I cant even view my offline messages.
I have followed the instructions to troubleshoot it and reinstalled yahoo updated messenger.
But it still doesn't work.
Please tell me what to do?

The possible thing is it may cause of a virus or something that getting un'complete installed. Try to reinstall your YM in a latest version otherwise you wont lost your contact it will still stay as old. Sometimes virus block your application from running even without notice of your antivirus so please update also your Antivirus and don't accept spam applications that may also a threat in your computer.
Lots of bug occur in previous YM so much better try to use the latest one. It wont make you much wait too long and try to reinstall it may do a best choice for best performance and features.

Your yahoo messenger doesn't display your IM that’s means you have problem with your yahoo messenger. May be your yahoo messenger is too old that’s why some of its functions are corrupted. That’s why this problem creating.
To solve this problem you may need to uninstall your yahoo messenger and then reinstall yahoo messenger again. A new copy of yahoo messenger will show your IM perfectly. Just give it some time to load its basic data.
Other better option is replace this yahoo messenger with new version if available.
You can download a new version of yahoo messenger and install it.
It will work faster than others.Â
