My WinZip is frequently throwing an error message. It has failed to save my credentials showing the error code 5. What does it mean? Have a look at the error message. Please help me to get a remedy of this error message.

Hi Martin,
Error code 5 shows that you don't have the enough write to save the file in the folder indicated. If you encountered this problem follow the following steps:
1. Click on the start button.
2. In the search box type C:ProgramData
3. Press enter and delete the folder winzip.
4. Reinstall the winzip and register properly.

Winzip is most useable program for file compression. In the given case i think there is a virus attack on the system you are running or the files you are trying to zip are virus infected. There may be a save error in your system to solve it run a full virus scan and then reinstall the program to enjoy using the software.
