I have a Sony Experia z2 phone and I have a problem with it. Every time I use it for a while, like around twenty to thirty minutes, it starts to get very warm, like something from inside is heating up. Is this scenario normal, or will I have to get my phone checked out?
I heard that this is a normal issue with Sony Xperia Z2, which also occurs when recording 4K video. Xperia Z2 is known to have a lot of issues such as, gaps in the handset, Wi-Fi keeps dropping, echo when making calls and more.
Sony has released corresponding fix for each issues and will improve the performance of your device generally. The update is Over-the-air but you can check it from the Settings and then go to About Phone> Software Updates> System Updates.
Else, you can bring it to any Sony Service Center to ensure that its not a hardware issue and let them check your phone.
