I have a problem with my Skype software.
When I restart my computer and try to open Skype it is showing this error message " Skype has stopped working ".
I try reinstalling it, no use. I have lots of things with my Skype account to do.
So some one please help me.
Which version of Windows you are using?
Try to reset the settings of your Skype using the steps below:
Close your Skype and then hold the Windows+R. Type %appdata% and then press the Enter key. Scroll down and look for the Skype folder and then rename it to Skype_old and then restart your Skype.
Please note that changing the name of the Skype folder will transfer your IM and all you call logs to your recently renamed folder.
To recover it, please follow the steps below:
If you encounter the error Skype has stopped working try to test the solution below:
Start your Skype using the previous login screen.
Close your Skype and ensure that there is no Skype.exe running on your Task Manager. Stop any active Skype process. Navigate to C:Program Files folder. If you are running a 64-Bit PC, its on C:Program Files (x86) folder. Locate the Skype folder and Phone. Right-click on the .exe file and click Send To.
Make your Desktop as a target to create a shortcut on your Desktop. And then right-click the shortcut and click on Properties and then Shortcut tab. Under the Target area, you can see "C:Program FilesSkypePhoneSkype.exe". Add /legacy/login.
It should look like this:
For 32-bit:
C:Program FilesSkypePhoneSkype.exe" /legacylogin
For 64-bit:
C:Program Files (x86)SkypePhoneSkype.exe" /legacylogin
Click OK to save it and then run Skype by clicking on the shortcut that you saved in your desktop.

Skype is not working.
Solution
At first , windows vista / windows7 Â you will give install in your computer.
Wait for until install complete and restart you computer.
Now just download skype software and install system areÂ
Firstly you  will find where your  download file is save.
And start click Skype setup
1. Click setup
2. To Fill box  where you will found yes,I have read and accept the skype conditions
3. Click install and wait until finished and skype restart.
4. Now you will show Skype shortcut in you computer desktop.
5. Click and  sign upÂ
6. Then sign in.
If you skype is not worked and show Error then you will  understand that mean's some file is missing .
And other skype  version is download and to do install.
