Try a good clean up on your computer.  There is a tool, check what programs you have that you may no longer need and delete them.  Now, click startup and clear programs that run on startup that you may no longer require to run at startup but be careful as some programs have to run at startup or they won't work.  Now, do a disk defragment , click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk defragment and defragment your main drive, usually the drive C.  This will take some time so I suggest you do it when you don't need to use your computer for about 1-3hours.  Another, next time you install a program and if ask whether you run the program at startup, think first if the program is necessary to run at startup and if it is not necessary to run at startup, choose not automatically run at starup.  Hope this may help.

It is due to the cause of power supply, please check step by step where the problem is located and you will be able to handle it easily. First check the power cord of your PC and recover it from any error. You can then check your CPU is it dust free and is working on a medium power supply and no extra voltages across the wires. Now its time to check your power supply you can check it by opening the case of your CPU and then by checking the over heating of your power supply. Check all the fans are working properly and all are in good condition main that all are dust free and no wire is connecting through any of fan.

Next check your Motherboard and BIOS are that working good the BIOS is the part of computer which is used to set all the value of CPU such as fan speeds and other related problems.

I hope that it will be enough to solve your problem and you will be able to solve it.

If it keeps on freezing, check your hard drive for errors. There must be a bad sector on your drive that’s causing the machine to freeze. But since your machine keeps on freezing, it may not finish the test when you check it with a disk utility.

Turn off your computer then remove the hard drive where Microsoft Windows is installed if you have more than one hard drive on your machine. Next, connect your drive to another computer that is working fine. On that computer, download PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Follow the instructions to download and unpack and then install it.

Once installed, start PC Tools then go to “Recovery” tab and click “Repair Drives”. Next, select the drive you just connected from the other computer then select “Surface Scan” in the options and then click “Start”. If the check discovers bad sectors on your drive, it means those bad sectors are the main reason why your machine freezes.

When it is finished, install the hard drive back to your computer then see if it works. If the problem continues, format your system drive and install Microsoft Windows again.
