My OS was windows 8, and I've install Real Player latest edition, the problem is every time I launch my real player with video of any length it freeze my computer and there was no information displayed on the page. Is real player latest edition compatible with windows 8?

Your problem is very common about real player. Problem occurs when real player launches video it will freeze and shutdown. The explanation to this is that your video card that does not understand the instructions that real player is giving to it.

You need to install a simple update on your system to get this issue resolved. Just Install " Running Windows 8 release preview or Windows Server 2012 release candidate". This update is available from Windows Update. Just follow the steps given below to install this update on your system.
1. Open Windows Update in control panel.
2. Search for additional updates.
After you have installed it on your system, you need to reboot it. Your issue will be resolved.
