Suddenly today my PayPal got limited saying “we've temporarily limited access to your account ” please help me to resolve from this situation.

I think there would be an email sent to you about the limitation that you have receive and please read on the steps listed on the page for you to see the review of the limitations to fully understand what is PayPal saying to you. Check also the credit card or debit card that you used to link between your PayPal account.

Your Paypal is limited because the terms and conditions of paypal has changed,these changes just to make paypal more secure, to unlimit your account, you must link your paypal account with a bank account or a credit card, and also you must verifiy your personal information, after that your account will beas before, but there is a limit of transactions
