My Nikon DSLR is not working

Hi everybody,

I am having a Nikon D40 DSLR and it was working very nice and I like it so much.

Today suddenly it started throwing an error 'Press Shutter Release Again' and it is not taking any photos. I have switched it off several times, but no use. I have checked if something stuck inside, but nothing found.

Does anybody else have the same issue? Please advice on how can I resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, the problem itself is very clear it is connected to the shutter and you need to fix it if you have not done it before please take it to the service center where the professional in repairing Nikon camera will solve the issue in few minutes its that easy. And please don't forget to ask the repair person to repair it in front of you so that there should not be any loss or damage to the device and changing of parts by fraudulent means.

That is an extraordinary digital camera.

What can be causing this is that the shutter itself is dirty or dead. The best option I think is taking it to a service store where they can clean or replace the shutter. Nikon cameras are really quality excellent and it would be great to  repair it and keeping using it.

If there is someone techy at home, it is possible to repair at home having the correct tiny screwdrivers. There are some videos on YouTube easy to follow
