My Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4 tools encountered a problem.

The system cannot find the file specified.

The reason for getting that error is possibly because full parsers have not been enabled. You will need to enable them as follows:
Go on the Tools menu, and then click Options.
After that click the Parser tab.
And then choose the Windows row, and then click the Stubs button until the Set column displays Full.
