My Microsoft Network Monitor 3.4 tools encountered a problem.

Hello Dudley,

The reason for getting that error is possibly because full parsers have not been enabled. You will need to enable them as follows:

  • Go on the Tools menu, and then click Options.
  • After that click the Parser tab.
  • And then choose the Windows row, and then click the Stubs button until the Set column displays Full.
