Hi guys,
My Media Player Classic has encountered a problem while opening a movie.
The screenshot of the error message is as under. I installed DirectX 9 redist but no remedy.
Have you any idea for the issue?
Please help me to solve the problem.

I can surely help you to solve this problem. This is problem caused by Microsoft DirectX software. To overcome this problem just download and install DirectX software from Microsoft DirectX website. It will reinstall the required files to help play your video. If not then restart your pc then it will play fine.

Either you video card is not compatible with the movie you are going to play or you require special plug-in to run the movie. You can check the format of the movie file and then see that your player supports the file you are trying to play and you will be able to solve your problem.

Does this error message always pop-up whenever you played any kind of movies or just a specific movie? If the first one is the case you must check and update your video card driver. Or if the other one is the case the movie that you’re playing is not compatible with your media player classic.
Update your DirectX from Microsoft download center, you can reinstall your DirectX from there or try to use another media player instead.

This problem is created for the movie because i think the video format is not appropriate for the media player. If you want to watch that movie then you can change the format. I am sure that after changing the format you can play the video. So convert the video and enjoy the movie.
