Hi mates,

Every time I try and install this game, a silly game, it says it is validating the CD.  Then comes the problem with my Macromedia projector which has stopped working.

I have downloaded everything, everyone has told me to do. I need help. I don't understand what's going on and the games worked fine the other day. Now they are not working at all. Can someone please help me.

Thanks.

  1. Check the application you are trying to run is reliable and has downloaded or installed from a valid source.
  2. Click the Start button, right click on 'computer', then select Properties from the list.
  3. Click 'system protection', click the 'Advanced' tab, click the Settings button in the performance section and then click on the data execution prevention tab.
  4. There must be two selections, and 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those that select' should be selected. Click the Add button and navigate to the folder where you installed the game or application for (usually is located in the program files folder). Click on the .exe file in the folder that launches the application.
  5. Run the application.

Simple! It should work.

Hi,

My little brother had the same problem last year. I tried many things and finally found the solution.

The game might have a compatibility issue with your operating system. To fix it, go to desktop or wherever your game's shortcut is. Right click on the shortcut, go to Property, open the Compatibility tab. Check, "Run this program in compatibility mode for". Now try all the possible choices in the drop down box, (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, etc) one at a time. Every time you change it, open the game. Do it until you don't encounter the error.

My little brother's game worked, when I selected Windows 98. But it depends on the game you're trying to play.

Hope it works;)
