i restarted my mac and unplug the power cable and disconnected all the peripherals and let it sit for five minutes and pluged everything back but the problem still exist, please suggest some solution.

I think you will be capable to connect your MAC with USB cables. Just follow the steps.
1. Make sure about the secure connection with USB ports.
2. Unplug all the devices from USB port and then plug your MAC.
3. Carefully check the system profiler
4. Lacking of power in USB port. Important: see it carefuly.
5. If need any software installation, please be sure about that.

Sometimes USB devices are not recognized because those become malfunctioned. Have you tried other ports too? I think there is a problem with your firmware. Mainly it happens after system updates. You can unplug the affected device from the USB port and then plug it back in for make sure that the connection is secure.
Unplug all USB accessories from the computer. Then start plugging in USB devices one at a time to make sure they all working well.
You can open System Profiler from the Utilities folder, which is inside the applications folder. From the content column select USB;
