My pc this days get so hot. Even i don't use it for long time. I have windows 7 and CPU 2G and RAM 2G. Before was working good but this days get so hot and the fans turn so fast.
Please how i can solve this problem.

If your laptop gets really hot when you use it that only mean that you have insufficient cooling. You need to invest on a cooling pad which will help your laptop to cool down especially when you are using it for long periods of time. You should also place your laptop on a hard and flat surface in order for the air of your processor can circulate evenly and will decrease the temperature of your laptop. Before purchasing any laptop coolers check the air of the cooler if it sucks the air out to the bottom of the laptop then that’s what you are after for.
But if the air is going upwards to the laptop that will only add to the overheating of your laptop. I suggest you purchase a cooling pad that sucks air downwards of away from the laptop instead of air going upwards to the laptop like the one that I am using right now.
If you are using a desktop you may also purchase a cooling fan and have it installed where you bought it or if you can have someone install it for you.
