I have my new laptop, and I have a problem connecting it to the wireless connection. The WIFI is already on but still it keeps on saying "no wireless connection available" I'm wondering because my brother was able to connect to the wireless connection using his laptop and why can't I? What do you think is the problem? How to solve it? Please help me.

Thanks!

Hello, you can solve the problem by any of the following way:

1. See if the WiFi network you are trying to use come with a password or not.

2. If it asks about a password, it should be a 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters. however iPhone may require a 9 digit password.

3. If you are using any other key. then convert it to WEP password via WEP password generator.

4. The anti-virus you are using may have firewall protection raised to high sensitivity.

5. Check if it is blocking your access to the net.

6. Check the DNS server to automatically generate address, if you do not know one.

7. Check if your device manager is working correctly or not with the required configuration.

2.Click on Troubleshoot Problems

3.Click Network Adapter

4.Click next

5.Select all Network Adapters and click Next

Wireless connection problems can be incredibly frustrating, especially when they happen at the worst possible time.

Wi-Fi problems can often be fixed rather easily. It can be:

Wireless signal drops out frequently.

Wireless connection but no internet access.

Wireless connection and internet access but no VPN.

It can be solved by some steps;

1. Check if the wireless radio is on.

2. Try to eliminate interface.

3. Restart or reset the wireless access point.

4. Check the SSID.

5. Update your network card driver.

May be those tips work out.
