My laptop Bluetooth Can’t Detect my Mobile.

I'm trying to transfer some videos & pictures from my Sony w800 Mobile Phone to my laptop, with the help of Bluetooth. But my laptop is not detecting my cell phone via Bluetooth. I've tried to connect another mobile as well, it is also not being detected.

I've Restarted my Laptop & Turned On the Bluetooth again, but nothing happened.

Please tell me, what should I do?

hello,,,i have understood your problem here’s the solution listen,,, firstly you should see Bluetooth device sign on your laptop when you see it,,,right click on it click on add device and then,,,a window will appear showing all the mobiles in range including yours if not then check your mobile bluetooth setting and make it visible,,,,if you mobile is shown their in add device window follow the procedure and add the mobile,,,,then once your mobile is confirmed with laptop,,now if you want to send file on laptop ,,,right click on the Bluetooth device and select “receive file” option,,,,and then send the file through your mobile it will work 100%….have a nice day…

Sometime the Bluetooth adapter or driver on windows cannot work properly especially on windows 7.This problem occur due to some application changes in program files. So here is quick link which gives you ultimate solution. Let me know your mobile phone model. You can find it on this site.
