In my iPhone 4 with WiFi shows an errors as “unable to join the network” when only it is used at home.

All other computers i.e.

Time Capsule, an iBookPro, an iPad and PC, the connection with WiFi  gives no problem.

Explain what had gone wrong here?

If you cannot connect to the internet through a WiFi connection using your iPhone 4, try following these steps and see if it works.

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Reset.
  4. Tap on Reset Network Settings.

Try connecting to the internet after doing the steps above to see if your iPhone can now connect to the internet.

You can check in the iPhone if it can already make an internet connection through WiFi by following these:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on About.
  4. Tap on Wi-Fi Address.

If you are connected successfully, a WiFi address should be visible on the screen.

If your phone still can’t connect, try following these:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Reset.
  4. Select Erase All Content And Settings.

Try connecting to the internet again.

If it still can’t make an internet connection, you may need to restore your iPhone 4.
