Hi There!

I use folder protector software to protect my drive.

In many days I use it very smoothly.

But today when I want to go access my D drive.

Location is not available

F: is not accessible.

Access is denied.

I cannot enter into it or access it. When I click on it then it make a sound and says: It is not accessible.

If my drive lost? Please fix my problem.

I have notice that the drive letter you are accessing is drive letter F as the error message is displaying. What you want to access is your drive D as you know that your drive is D and not F. You might be incorrectly entered the drive letter. Try to access drive D at this time.

By the way, the problem is your access to your drive what ever drive letter it is. You are not losing your hard disk drive instead some securities applied to it that is why you cannot access the hard disk drive. You might use the folder protector to protect your entire drive that’s why you can’t gain access to that drive letter. Try opening the drive using folder protector.

If still you cannot open your drive with folder protector, try taking ownership of the drive. You must be log-in as administrator. Right click on the drive then select properties and on security tab click the advance button then take the ownership on that drive. Please refer to your operating system manual for taking ownership for most operating system versions are not the same in procedure.
