The Google Chrome application on my Desktop is unable to download anything, be it images, files, documents or programs. I have checked there are no Internet connection problem and no trouble with the device. Just wondering that why Google Chrome won’t download anything then?

If you are having an error like ‘Insufficient Permission’ or ‘System Busy’, then it means that Chrome is unable to save the file on your device. To fix this error, follow these steps:

• To download the file, right-click on the link and choose ‘Save link as.

• Make sure that Chrome has access to the location of the downloading on your computer.

If you, however, want to change the download location:

• Go to Chrome, then Menu > Settings.

• Click on Show Advanced Settings and move to the Downloads section. To set a default location, click Change and select the desired location.
