I am having a problem from the last three days. When I click on the tools menu I couldn't find the "Folder Option". I keep Some of my important files hidden. But now I can't access them because I need to show them by clicking on  "Folder Option". I am in serious trouble. Do anyone can tell me the process to get my hidden files in details?Â

What exactly happen to your computer due to which you can't have access to your hidden file is that your computer having virus due to which you are not able to view your folder option in main menu of your computer. To solve your problem, you have to scan your computer with a registered and updated anti virus which will figure out all the viruses that are causing your computer. and then remove the viruses.
But still this will not help you any more you can only view your file for 2 or 3 days and again the same problem as you have now. you can access your files by searching on it and check the options including the hidden files and folder. this will only grant to access your files. to permanently solve this problem install a fresh copy of windows and also install an anti virus and keep it up to date.
Open the group policy editorÂ
StartRun type gpedit.mscÂ
now move through the left pane to:Â
User ConfigurationAdministrative TemplatesWindows ComponentsWindows ExplorerÂ
now to the right find the key: Removes the Folder Option Menu from the Tools MenuÂ
double click and select not Configure
And done, you can see the folder option in tools menu
hello I once had a similar problem in which i could not find my folder options and the cause of it was actually a virus after doing some checking i found the virus if it is indeed the same virus you can know by checking your task process list, right click on your task bar and start task manager then click on process tab look for—>>RAVmon.exe<– ravmon is a virus that duplicates your largest files on your pc then hides the duplicates, then disables folder options, i recommend that you install kaspersky antivirus in order to remove this particular virus.
