Hi,

There may be several problems behind it:

1. Check the monitor resolution button is not turned around. If it is turned around the monitor will display nothing.

2. There may be problem with the power supply section of the monitor or with the high voltage section of the monitor.

3. You can check the display card and replace it with a good one if necessary.

4. There may be problem with the processor of your computer.

5. Check RAM. You can replace it with a good one.

6. Power Supply Unit with Low power/watt. Check it.

7. There may be problem for the short circuit of motherboard casing. You can make sure about it.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks.

Hello Matthew,

That error might be occurring because of the replacement you did to the graphics card. To resolve the issue, you will need to check the following:

  • You will need to check the model of the graphics card and see if it can work with your computer, for the problem may be due to compatibility issues. In case the graphics if a different computer model, you will need to get the right one for that computer.
  • If you did any updates to the computer recently, then they may be the ones causing the issue that you're getting right now. You will therefore need to perform a system restore to get rid of those updates you might have made.

Regards,

Carl
