When I send emails, my computer gets stuck or freezes, and sometimes, it turns off. I'm wondering what the problem might be. Is there anyone who knows any solution to this?

This problem is probably due to heat. So check temperature with speed fan. You may download almico and install it. Once you're done with downloading, right click on SF icon and choose "Run as Administrator".

See more and read procedure.

Oftentimes, it is affected by a virus infection. You have to fix it with Microsoft Security Essentials and you should do a ‘Full Scan' of your computer. This will help you to find and remove any viruses that might have infected your computer.

It is probably caused by heat, because of too much use. I will try if that speed fan tester works. I have an Antivirus too.

By the way, have you updated your Windows through the best recent Windows Update? It is recommended to all users that they should run Windows updates especially every morning.

Maybe, the problem is with the Power supply. As far as I know, a definite computer’s failure can be due to an undersized power supply or incorrect voltage. So, you must determine the availability of the power supply that will be needed for the total load.
