I installed windows 10 technical preview and when my computer was ready to use, none of the devices connected via USB worked. I restarted the computer several times, unplugged and returned the devices but none is working. When the computer is beginning the boot process, all the devices work since I can see light on the mouse and keyboard. Immediately it passes the Windows logo, everything stops working. Help me solve this.

After installing windows 10 preview, it erased some of the drivers in your computer including usb drivers. To fix this you need to update your divers. Click start-right click on computer-manage. On the new window that appears click, device manager. It shows all drivers available on your computer and the ones marked in yellow needs to be updated. Right click on any of them-update driver-click scan automatically. You need to be connected to the internet so that your PC will browse over the internet to find the ideal drivers for your machine.

If none of your USB devices like mouse and keyboard are working after installing Windows 10, first thing is you need to check if those devices are working on another computer. Try plugging your USB devices on a different computer then see if the problem follows.
