Hi,

It's simple problem. Sometimes it happens if the BIOS time is not changed.  You can solve the problem by changing the computer time form BIOS. You can enter BIOS while start up press "F2" to enter into BIOS. Find time and date option. Fix the time according to current time.

Please check the motherboard battery. Sometimes system time changed because battery gone. But, don't worry it's rare. If it happens find a battery form electronics market and change the Motherboard battery.

Hope you have recovered correct system time. If you have further quarry feel free to ask me. Respond if you have solved your problem.

Regards,

Alex

Maybe the reason why this is happening to your computer’s clock is because your CMOS battery is already weak. The reason why CMOS battery is necessary is that it keeps or maintains the supply needed by the CPU if the computer is turned off. The CMOS battery supplies the CMOS the power needed to maintain the different settings in the system like for example the settings of the installed devices, enabled or disabled onboard devices, RAM, USB ports, booting sequence, date, and most especially the time.

If your CMOS battery is already weak, your system will keep on losing date and time. For example, when you start Windows with already a weak CMOS battery, you need to set the correct date and time. After adjusting the right settings your system will be using these settings the whole session that the computer is connected to a power source. You can still have the settings in your computer even if you shutdown Windows that is if you will not remove it from the power outlet. The moment you remove it from its power source, all the settings will be wiped out and will be reverted back to the CMOS default values. You need to set the correct date and time again the next time your start your computer.

You will be like this until you change the CMOS battery with a fresh one.

Hi dear,

This is not a major problem. It seems that the CMOS Battery has stopped working. You do not need to worry about it. Just buy a new CMOS Battery, and install it into the socket on the motherboard. In fact, this battery provides the current to CMOS chip to save settings. Right now your computer is not saving settings, such as time and date settings, etc.

Thanks.
