Hello experts,

Quickly I need some help. When I make a battery pull, My Bold 9000 provides the error message. Also it will not allow me to go further from this point. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hey Rwnsampath!

I am also a "Bold" user and I was also stuck in this problem. I searched on internet to over come this problem and the solution was my OS. Which was not compatible with my Bold version.

As you know that there are many versions of BOLD and every bold version has some different Operating System. So the thing you have to do is just to update the profile that will reflect number of BB model. You have to update your OS which is compatible the version of your Bold.

After reloading your OS, you will not face this error anymore.
