My Apple TV is getting hanged

Hi everybody,

I have an Apple products iPhone, iPad and Apple TV as I like Apple products very much. I am able to play whatever I want in Apple TV except one thing. When I play/view something in iTunes on Apple TV, it tries to display the same but it hangs or it restarts. I don't think this is an issue with my internet connection because I am able to play the iTunes from iPhone and iPad with out any issue. Does anybody have a solution for my problem? Please throw some light on this issue.

Hello,

This problem of Apple TV getting hanged seems to be of slow internet connection. As the Apple TV is getting hanged only when you are trying to play iTunes on it. 

The other case you mentioned that when you play iTunes on IPad or IPhone the internet connectivity of normal speed may work with them but not with Apple TV which needs high speed to play iTunes or any other App.  So consider getting a high speed connection or just using Apple TV at one time.
