Hello!

I have an Android phone for about 3 months already. I love playing games, I installed at least 7 games in it. Recently I noticed that this phone keeps on freezing every time I launch an application. Though it is the only application I know that’s running. I restarted and the usual procedure turn off and on. Still the same, nothing changed and it keeps on freezing again. Can you help me with this? Can you provide me instructions on how to resolve this without removing any of the applications? Can you provide me alternative ways to permanently resolve it?

Hello,

If you’ve installed lots of apps, your device will surely run slow because of the junk files created by all those apps. There might be any running app that is also causing this trouble.

First of all, restart your device. Hold on the “Power” button and select “Restart”. This should restart all the processes of the system and make your phone smoother.

Use any good Android cleaner app like Clean Master, CCleaner etc. to clean unwanted cache files and other junk files.

Also, install the latest software update available for your device. Connect to your internet connection, go to Apps >> Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update. Install the latest update and restart your phone.

Updating your apps are highly recommended.

1. Go to Apps >> Google Play Store.

2. Tap the “Play Store” icon.

3. Select “My Apps”.

4. Apps with update available will be shown. Tap “Update”.
