Hallo Martin,

After you have applied the Group Policy '”Startup policy processing wait time” that is found under: Computer ConfigurationPoliciesAdministrative TemplatesSystemGroup Policy, you will need to give it a value of 30. In the event that issue persists you might want to reinstall the latest version of adobe flash player.

Regards,

Nicke

Hi Martin,

As a first step, please try to download and re-install your current version of Adobe Flash Player v11. 2 (I find this link for you http://download.cnet.com/archive/3000-2378_4-12518919.html

Restart your computer and check if this error is reproducible ( if yes, please see one solution below):

This type of error will occur when applications (like Flash Player in your case) are assigned through Group Policy feature of Windows and the machine is not waiting for the network to be fully initialized when you log on. This is in fact a warning that will tell us that the policy isn’t applied successfully until a synchronous refresh is done.

In order to do that you must open Group Policy and navigate under Computer Configuration => Administrative Templates => System => Logon and enable “Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon”.

After this step, please log on multiple times (this will take first a little time to complete).

Thank you,
