Hi guys,

My 3DMark 11 has encountered a problem. Have a look at the screenshot below. It has stopped working completely. As per direction of the error message, I reinstalled the program again but no remedy. What is the reason behind this issue? Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

The program can’t start because C:Program Files. DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Hallo Martin,

It could be the antivirus software that you are using on your computer that is causing that issue, and therefore you will need to add 3DMark11Workload1.exe to Avast's Behavior Shield trusted processes. After that you should not get the error. You might as well want to add the app to firewall exception.

Regards,

Nicke

One reason for this message can be a corrupt file in the memory stick of your Canon’s Mark 3D. You should scan the entire memory stick with a good anti-virus program such as Avira. Your C drive on your PC might also be corrupted with a malware. Scan it also with an anti-virus, and if the problem persists, format the hard drive and re-install the operating system.
