It seems that your McAfee antivirus software installation package is damaged, therefore cannot be installed correctly and the error message appears. I suggest you to try to re-download whole package from different source and then try to install it to different location.
Another suggestion is to remove all files in the mentioned TEMP folder. I'm attaching a screenshot which will help you to locate TEMP folder on your machine. It is safe to delete all files in TEMP folder.
