Multimedia keys of a4tech are not working on winamp

Hello,

I am using Windows XP SP3 as operating system and winamp for Multimedia applications. I just attached the A4Tech multimedia keyboard. I am facing the problem that its multimedia keys are not working with Winamp. I think winamp is not supporting the keyboard keys. I searched the term "a4tech winamp" but no desired results. Is there any solution to my problem?

The first thing to do is to check your keyboard drivers. If they aren't updated, please, update them.
 
Another thing is to change some settings in your Winamp. Open the Winamp preferences and find the section called Global Hotkeys. Check the Enabled option (see the picture below). It will activate your keyboard keys. Since you're already there, you can also add some unique keys you'd like to use with the options Hotkey and Action.
